Sachiko T. St. Jeor, PhD, RD

Sachiko T. St. Jeor, PhD, RD (Reno, Nevada) is the professor and chief of the division of Medical Nutrition and Director of the center for Nutrition and Metabolic Disorders, Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. St. Jeor received her undergraduate degree in nutrition at the University of Utah, did her internship at State University of Iowa Hospitals, received her master's degree from State University of Iowa and her PhD from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania.
