Bequests, Legacy Program

A bequest is a gift made through your will. It allows assets to be distributed among loved ones, as well as, provide a gift for the ADA Foundation upon death. These gifts are meaningful because they create a legacy to live on and enables you to continue to support the Foundation, even after death. By making a gift through your will, you may be able to avoid some unnecessary expenses and save considerable estate taxes.

Many members of the ADA have shown their support by naming the ADA Foundation in their will. The following individuals have become part of the ADA Foundation’s Legacy Program by declaring their intent to include the ADA Foundation in their will.

Types of bequests:

  • Specific Bequest — A specific dollar amount or item is designated to the ADA Foundation.
